Right! So you’ve read heaps of magazines, online articles, and maybe even books, on the basics of photography. You’ve taken a workshop and you’ve bought yourself a nice camera. It’s probably a digital SLR as you are ready to extend your photography skills beyond learning about f stops, shutter speeds and the rule of thirds.

You’ve been practising a lot and you are pretty pleased with your results to date. You’ve come a long way. But you want to do better; you want to learn how to make the kind of photographs that look beautiful and professional. The kind you see in magazines and on calendars. You’re ready for the next step.

You know that feeling you get when you look at an image that makes your head fly back as you exclaim WOW! There is something about the image that just pops.
